Cop de porta als nasos de Microsfot. A través del bloc de l’Enrique Dans, llegeixo l’article del Wall Street Journal. En resum, Yahoo diu que la oferta de Microsoft és insuficient i que s’aprofiten de la feble situació de l’empresa per robar Yahoo, textualment.
” Yahoo’s board believes that Microsoft’s is trying to take advantage of the recent weakness in the company’s share price to ’steal’ the company. ”
